Lawmakers are digging into the Bowe Bergdahl prisoner swap and its potential effects on national security.

Two House foreign affairs subcommittees will examine the Bergdahl exchange, and what it means for counterterrorism efforts, Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m. Lawmakers will hear from retired Army Spc. Cody Full, who served with Bergdahl in Afghanistan, and the father of 2nd Lt. Darryn Andrews, who was killed searching for Bergdahl in 2009.

The hearing will stream live on the Foreign Affairs Committee website.
