Speaking to voters in Iowa this afternoon, President Obama swiped at Romney's comment about his hiring process in Massachusetts for women.

"I've gotta tell you, we don't have to collect a bunch of binders to find qualified talented driven young women, ready to learn and teach in these fields right now," Obama said lightly.

Romney said during the debate that as Governor of Massachusetts he had staffers collect binders with backgrounds of qualified women as a hiring resource.
