A new poll finds Kentuckians want Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., to chose between running for re-election in the Senate or for the White House, but not both.

Currently, Kentucky law doesn't allow a candidate to run for both the presidency and Congress at the same time. Paul has openly discussed his interest in a possible 2016 presidential run and has also alluded to running for re-election in the Senate at the same time.

The poll finds that 66 percent of voters don't favor changing a state law to allow Paul to run for both offices in 2016.
