Virginia agency awards grants to improve boating access

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- Virginia has awarded 15 grants to localities to improve boating access to public waters. Gov. Bob McDonnell announced the funding from the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries on Monday. The grants total $440,900.
