Prince William County police are looking for a man who drove his vehicle at police.

Christopher Blakeney, 29, is wanted for charges including attempted malicious wounding of a law enforcement officer and attempted assault and battery of a law enforcement officer.

On Friday morning, Prince Williams County police and U.S. Marshals attempted to serve a warrant for malicious wounding on Blakeney at his home on the 19300 block of Bellau Woods Drive in Triangle. Officers spotted Blakeney getting into a vehicle in order to flee the area, police said.

When officers asked Blakeney to surrender, he drove toward an officer who jumped out of the way, and then the vehicle almost struck another officer. He also struck an officer's cruiser before exiting his vehicle and fleeing the area on foot, police said.

Blakeney is described as a black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information can call 866-411-TiPS (8477).
