When a president’s approval rating is in the dumps, it’s only natural that he becomes fodder for late-night comedians. And why not? He’s low-hanging fruit. So as President Obama's approval rating continues its steady decline, and as at least one survey shows that he's considered the worst president since World War II, jokes at his expense have become more common with the late-night crowd....
