A 29-year-old woman told Montgomery County police that a 40-year-old orderly at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring sexually assaulted her, police said.
The woman said the assault happened Saturday night in the hospital’s emergency room while she was waiting to see a doctor. A man wearing latex gloves and scrubs touched her inappropriately.
