A Chantilly woman has been arrested in connection with the death of an 11-month-old boy she was babysitting, police said.

Carol Lutsky, 20, was indicted on July 16 and charged with child abuse/neglect and murder in the death of Nehemiah Williams, according to the Vienna Police Department. She was arrested Monday.

On Oct. 5, Vienna police went to the 1100 block of Lakewood Drive SW. Lutsky, who was living in Vienna at the time, took Nehemiah to his mother in Reston before officers arrived, police said.

Officers went to the mother's location, and Nehemiah was taken to Reston Hospital and then transported to Children's National Medical Center. He died on Oct. 6.

An autopsy found that the boy died from blunt-force trauma to his upper body.
