A woman who was found stabbed in Riverdale last week has been identified.
The victim is 32-year-old Maritza Alfaro-Abarca, Prince George's County police said.
On Aug. 24 at about 8:30 p.m., police went to the 5600 block of Kennedy Street and found Alfaro-Abarca suffering from a stab wound to her body. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives are working to identify a motive and a suspect or suspects in the incident.
