ST. LOUIS (AP) — The company that operates Yellow Pages is laying off 120 workers in St. Louis.

YP Holdings, based in Tucker, Ga., on Tuesday notified the state of Missouri in a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification notice that the St. Louis layoffs will occur between May and August.

The company didn't elaborate but the Communications Workers of America Local 6300 says 92 of the employees are members of the CWA. The union says their jobs include customer service representatives and graphic arts employees.

The CWA says the positions are being outsourced overseas.
