Are all those chefs on "Top Chef" really that great? Well, some of them are. According to Zagat, among the best of the "Top Chef" run restaurants is Mike Isabella's Graffiato. The Chinatown eatery made the list, alongside the likes of Stephanie Izard's Girl and the Goat in Chicago and Michael Voltaggio's Ink in Los Angeles. While Bryan Voltaggio's local places didn't make the list outright, Volt did get a shoutout as another place to check out in the D.C. area.
