Snow strikes back against public education

It’s drizzling in the District, but the suburban schools are once again bracing for snow. The cancellations have this reporter confused, having attended a Midwest university that regularly faced -30 degree blizzards and only once in four years canceled classes, likely because freshmen needed to be dug out of the snow. Some people grow later than others.
