SCHOFIELD, Wis. — Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker believes that Senate Republicans are making the right decision to take allegations of sexual misconduct by Christine Blasey Ford against Judge Brett Kavanaugh seriously as the Judiciary Committee readies for a possible hearing involving both parties on Monday.

Walker said in an interview during a campaign stop at an office in Northern Wisconsin that he’s glad that the Senate isn’t dragging its feet on the issue and said it is “completely legitimate” to hear out both sides ahead of a possible committee vote on Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court.
