At least two people are dead and five have been injured in a shooting at a food festival near the Space Needle in Seattle, Washington, on Sunday night, according to police.

Police and emergency crews reported to the scene shortly after 6 p.m. local time, according to the Associated Press. Event attendees rushed to exit the venue after several loud pops were heard.
