Four dead, including three children, in Oregon elementary school shooting

Four people, including three children, were killed by an active shooter on Thursday at an elementary school in Bend, Oregon.

The victims included a 5-year-old, an 8-year-old, an 11-year-old, and a teacher, Bend Police Chief Mike Krantz said. The 16-year-old gunman was killed after a member of the community followed him inside the school and shot him. Two people, a 7-year-old and a 54-year-old teacher, were hospitalized with critical injuries.
