Spanish police arrested James “Fergie” Cox Chambers Jr. in Ibiza on July 10. He is fighting extradition on charges of international money laundering, riot, and conspiracy to riot. Prosecutors allege that after leaving the United States in 2023, he moved roughly $7.5 million out of the country seeking to provide material support to Hamas. His supporters say the money went into Tunisian businesses and a football club. No American court has heard a word of evidence yet. Those are charges, not findings.
