The U.S. Army has revealed the locations of five military bases where it will be installing advanced nuclear reactors to provide more power for military operations, costing the branch more than $2 billion. 

The Army announced on Wednesday that its new Janus Program picked five nuclear companies to build and develop microreactors at five military installations, stretching from Texas to New York.
